In general, there are several phases of the search process, but each of these steps can be modified, enhanced, or eliminated based on the client’s needs and requirements.

    Identifying and Reviewing

    • Contact active candidates
    • Identify and contact prospective candidates at targeted organizations
    • Review alternative candidate sources
    • Develop potential candidate list
  • Phase 3

    Interviewing and Presenting

    • Contact potential candidates 
    • Interview and qualify candidates 
    • Prepare and submit candidate profiles or resumes for review
    • Present qualified candidates

    Selecting Candidate, Presenting Offer

    • Understand client’s concerns
    • Understand candidate’s concerns
    • Assist in structuring offer
    • Conduct reference and background checks

    • Follow-up with client and candidate to assure successful transition
    • Review search quality and process
